A very handsome & displayable colonial document from Massachusetts dated 1728. This part-printed, part hand-written document includes a nice red wax seal in the upper left, and near the top is:"Bristol...We command you to attach the goods or estate of Ephraim Anduass (?)...Count of Bristol in the province of the Massachusetts Bay in new england..." with further details concerning specifics of a will. Mentioned also is an Elizabeth Brown of Barrington. This document is dated at the bottom: "...at Bristol, this twelfth day of March in the second year of our reign. Annoque Domini, 1728." followed by a signature (see photos). There are a few endorsements on the reverse. Measures 6 by 7 1/2 inches and is in very nice condition. A handsome & early printed item from colonial America.
