The document was issued by the State Of Connecticut at the Pay-Table Office, April 4, 1783 in the amount Three Pounds and Ten Shillings, and is signed by two committee officials. Nice to have a pay document for an officer. Measures about 5 1/2 by 6 1/4 inches, has typical minor traces of foxing, otherwise in nice condition.
