HARPER'S WEEKLY, from New York City, dated February 17, 1912.

The front page of this issue is an illustration of "The Militant Recruit" by Kemble.

This issue has an article of "The Fall of Fort Donelson" by James Barnes which includes a "wood-cut in the issue of "Harper's Weekly" for March 8, 1862." There are photos of "In the Week's News" and the double page illustration is of "To Prevent Bad Luck Throw the Salt Over the Left Shoulder--But It Doesn't Always Work" by W. B. King. There is a full page illustration of "Monday Morning" by Henry J. Peck plus much more.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
