On the front page under Imperial Decree is the famous Milan Decree which essentially stated that certain denationalized British ships were subject to seizure and confiscation by the French, signed in type: Napoleon.

Some rubbing on the front page, with a bit in the text of the decree, some stray writing above the masthead, otherwise in good ocndition.
