* The President and Senate have RATIFIED the CONVENTION between the UNITED STATES and SPAIN, of the 11th of August, 1802...This Convention stipulates for the indemnification of those who have sustained losses, damages or injuries in consequence of excesses of individuals of either nation during the late war... Some other details about the Convention as well.
