THE MASSACHUSETTS GAZETTE & BOSTON WEEKLY NEWS-LETTER, June 10, 1773 The ftpg. has a report on the celebration of the 36th birthday of King George III. Also a ftpg. report expressing the concern of the governor, T. Hutchinson, that plans are afoot to subvert the Constitution (see photos). This same concern carries over to text on pg. 2. Pg. 2 has a bit referencing the embarkation of General Gage for America. Pg. 3 has various news of the day with pg. 4 entirely taken up with ads. Complete in 4 pgs., close-trimmed at the bottom causing loss or partial loss to the bottom line of text, otherwise in nice condition. A nice coat-of-arms engraving in the masthead.
