The front page has a reward ad for a runaway ..."Negro Man, named Lesperance... about 20 years of age; of the Mundingo [sic] nation ...." A pg. 3 item from Pittsburgh says: On Thursday last, arrived here, General WILKENSON, Commander in Chief of the Army of the United States. Other news of the day with ads. Some lite rubbing, otherwise in good condition.
