The color cover of this issue has a very nice print of a young lady wearing her Halloween outfit (see photos). There is no related article on this inside.

This issue features an article entitled: "Attorney for the People - The Life Story of Thomas E Dewey" by Ruper Hughes. A vivd and outstanding biography... The Story of a courageous man and a history-making career of battle against crime. Features photos of some of the cases - Charles Luck Luciano, Jimmy Frederico, Tommy 'the Bull' Pennochio, and Little Davie Betillo.

 

Another article is entitled "The Strange Past of Charles Boyer" by Howard Sharpe.

You get the complete 68 page issue plus both the color covers, all in very nice, clean condition save for a slight bit of roughness at the very edge of the spine.  Measures about 8 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches.
