Pg. 3 has an extract of letter which states that a party of Hietan Indians led by the great chief Chewawa fell in with some Spaniards not far from St. Antonio and that Chewawa was killed, plus word that 4000 warriors had assembled to attack and destroy all of San Antonio to avenge his death.
