THE LONDON CHRONICLE, England, July 21, 1774 Pg. 2 has some items from Boston dated June 2 which includes: "His Majesty's ships, frigates & schooners are now placed in such a manner in our harbour as to prevent any vessels going out or coming in, agreeable to the Act of Parliament for blocking up the said harbour, which took place yesterday so that we have reason to expect that in a little time the town will be truly in a distressed & melancholy situation...".
