Plus this issue has a detailed account taking over a full page of a Carolina slave insurrection inspired by the Spanish promise of freedom to all black Americans who can escape to Florida, with mention of General Oglethorpe.  Also:  "The Crown of England's Title to America prior to that of Spain" and an  item from Naples: "The King's Edict in Favor of the Jews". A complete issue of 40+ page with the full title/index page featuring an engraving of St. John's Gate. In great condition.
