In this issue, there are several articles including "How fighting Governments Suppress Opinion" by Norman Hapgood; "The War and America--VIII--What We Need" by Lindley M. Garrison; "Kultur and the Russian Conscience" by John Cournos; "Uncle Sam--Business Man" by W. P. Lawson and "'Fighting Golf' at Fox Hills" by Herbert Reed.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including the double page centerfold illustration which it titled "A Dainty Morsel, But..." by Morris and "Pen and Inklings--Culture" by Oliver Herford.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
