This issue has a color cover page before the title page. On the back of the cover page, there is a photo of "Phyllis Neilson-Terry."

In this issue, there are several articles including "Bullets and Germs" by John B. Huber; "Molly Best's Letter"; "Jugglers of Journalism" by A. J. McKelway; "The Fight in Wisconsin" by Walter S. Rogers; "Rough Stuff vs Pep" by Herbert Reed; "Post Mortem" by William B. Hanna and "Pinchot--the Record and the Man" by Norman Hapgood.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including  "Pen and Inklings" by Oliver Herford and the double page centerfold which is titled "For the 'Moral Effect'" by Boardman Robinson plus much more.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
