This issue has a color cover page before the title page. On the back of the cover page, there is a photo of "The Hope of the Hohenzollerns."

In this issue, there are several articles including "Where is the Vice Fight?" by George Creel; "Who Made Germany Crazy?--2. The Kaiser and Von Buelow" by Norman Hapgood; "The Socialist View--2. The Real Causes of the War" by William English Walling; plus the double page centerfold is a photo spread titled "Camera Shots." There are also a few sports articles including "Fun in the Backfield" by Herbert Reed.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including the double page centerfold illustration which is titled "The Eternal Sacrifice" by F. Luis Mora and "Pen and Inklings" by Oliver Herford.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
