This issue has a color cover page before the title page. On the back of the cover page, there is a photo of "The Back Trail."

In this issue, there are several articles including "Who Made Germany Crazy?--1. Bismarck and Von Treitske" by Norman Hapgood; "Socialists and the War" by William English Walling; "Wilhelm's Nighthawks" by Isaac Russell; "Molly Best's Letter"; "Mass Plays, Old and New" by Herbert Reed and "Will 1906 Repeat? A Forecast of the World's Series" by Billy Evans which includes photos of Johnny Evers; Jeff Tesreau and Eddie Collins.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including the double page centerfold illustration which is titled "The Eternal Sacrifice" by F. Luis Mora and "Pen and Inklings" by Oliver Herford.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
