This issue has a color cover page before the title page. On the back of the cover page, there is a photo of "The Medicine Man."

In this issue, there are several articles including "The Japanese Bugaboo" by Adachi Kinnosuke; "The Great Settlement" by Norman Hapgood; "The Anti-Catholic Agitation" by Washington Gladden; "Golf at Ekwanok" by Herbert Reed; "The Western Football Invasion" by Herbert Reed; "Connie Mack and His Athletics" by Billy Evans and War's Crushing Burden of Debt" by Albert W. Atwood.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including "Pen and Inklings--Introducing Our Movie Girl, Miss Fanny Film" by Oliver Herford and the double page centerfold illustration which is titled "The Devil: Magnificent! You have never carried out one of my ideas more thoroughly." by Boardman Robinson.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
