This issue has a color cover page before the title page. On the back of the cover page, there is a photo of "Brussels, the Capital of Belgium."

In this issue, there are several articles including "Who Caused the War?" by Norman Hapgood; "The Man in Mexico City" by Allene Tupper Wilkes; "The Braves in War Paint" by Billy Evans; "Balls and Strikes" by William B. Hanna and "McLoughlin and the Davis Cup" by Herbert Reed.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including "Pen and Inklings" by Oliver Herford and the double page centerfold illustration which is titled "If War Meant This--" by Walter De Maris.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
