In this issue there are several illustrations including "Laurence Irving"; "Pen and Inklings--Summer Mass" by Oliver Herford; the double page centerfold illustration which is titled "'That's Him'" by Ernest Fuhr plus much more.

There are also several articles in this issue including "The Mexican Cactus" by Medill McCormick which includes several photos; "When the Bills Come In" by Eugene Manlove Rhodes; "Sports" by Herbert Reed and "Balls and Strikes" by Billy Evans. There is also an article titled "How a Big City Breeds Its Man-Killers" which is written with two different views, one "...by a newspaper reporter who attaended the trial..." and the other "...by a woman who represents the point of view of those interested in the environment from which such crimes spring..."

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
