HARPER'S WEEKLY, from New York City, dated March 28, 1914.

Cesare plus much more.

There are also several articles in this issue including "The Romance of Radium" by McGregor; "What's Wrong with the Associated Press?" by Will Irwin; "A Cultivated Agitator"; "Labouchere" by Neith Boyce; "Our Town"; "An Oriental Doctor" by Frederick Peterson, M. D.; "Training Children for Happy Marriages" by Mary Austin and "The Jobless Man and the State" by Gregory Mason.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
