In this issue, there is an illustration of "Why Not Remodel the Dome of the Capitol so that it May Represent the Spirit of the Present Administration as Regards of Offending Corporations" by Kemble. There are photos of "The Avalanche Tragedy in the Northwest" and "Another American Countess for Hungary." The double page illustration is done by R.F. Schabelitz and is called "'Not Guilty!"--On Account of His Good Looks" and there is an illustration of "Elevation the Drama" by Boardman Robinson. Also, there are photos of "The Picturesque Highlands of Scotland" and much more.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century.
