HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, November 2, 1907  There is a front page illustration, " 'Bless You, My Children!' " by W. A. Rogers. There an article with photos of "San Francisco and Her Foes" by Gertrude Atherton. There is a photo of "The Bishop in "The Street."" There are also many illustration of ""The American Leads!"--A Spurt for the Vanderbilt Cup" and "The Scout" by Harry Grant Dart; " '--and Three's a Crowd' " by James Montgomery Flagg; "Enforcing the Traffic Regulations" by Harriet Roosevelt Richards and "Making a Turn on the French Motor Course Near Dieppe" by Georges Vallee.
