HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, April 27, 1907  There is a front page illustration, "Every Bird Has His Day" by W. A. Rogers. There are photos of "Important Works Entrusted to the Army Engineers, Who Now Face the Formidable Task of Completing the Panama Canal"; "Skirmishing for Peace"; "The Automobile Club's New House"; "London's Van-Horses, Show Their Points"; and The Gracious Amusements of Royalty." There are two illustrations, one of "The Builders" by John Edwin Jackson and the other by Sydney K.
