HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, Feb. 20, 1864  The full front page is a nice print captioned: "General Grant Crossing the Cumberland Mountains, January 7, 1864". The doublepage centerfold is a great print: "St. Valentines Day" which includes 8 vignettes, one of a war theme.
This issue contains the 4th installment of "A White Hand and a Black Thumb", by Henry Spicer, originally published by Charles Dickens' in All the Year Round.
