HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, June 27, 1863  The entire front page is a print: "In The Trenches Before Vicksburg--Lieutenant-Colonel Strong Takes a Shot". The prints inside include a full page: "The Approaches to Vicksburg--The Centre Under M'Pherson"; a smaller print: "Cotton Bridge Over the Black river"; half page: "The Arrival of Two Thousand Vicksburg Prisoners at Fort Delaware"; full page: "Map of Maryland, and Parts of Pennsylvania and Virginia, Showing the Present Theatre of the War".
This issue also has a nice fullpg: "Shelling the Rebel Rifle-pits on the Rappahannock Previous to Sedgwick's Grossing" and fullpg: "Effects of Shells Upon the Rebel Rifle-pits, as Seen After the Crossing". A dramatic full page shows the: "Capture of Rebel Rifle-pits, Three-Fourths of a Mile from Fort Hudson, Louisiana, by General Grover's Division" and another: "Grand Assault of General Augur's Division on the Fortifications of Port Hudson".
The back page has a cartoon: "One Kind of Patriotism." Complete in 16 pages.
