COLUMBIAN CENTINEL, Boston, Oct. 20, 1792 A pg. 2 report under "Pennsylvania" is datelined Philadelphia and reports: "The elegance of the new building, now preparing for the use and accommodations of the President of the United States certainly very far exceed every thing of the kind that has hitherto been attempted in the country..." and a bit more. This 4 page issue is in good condition.
