The top of the front page of section II (sports) has a four column headline: "NOTRE DAME WINS, 60-20" with subheads and lineups. (see) First report coverage on Notre Dame's football game vs. Penn Quakers . They were National Champions for that year. This was also Knute Rockne's last season as head coach. He would be killed in a airplane crash the following spring.
Complete 1st and 2nd sections only with a total of 34 pages, rag edition in very nice condition. A few small binding holes along the spine.
