Eighteenth century American publications are somewhat scarce. The capital of the United States was in Philadelphia at this time while the District of Columbia was under construction. Contains news of the day with several advertisements including one on the front page for the sale of a Negro boy. Two runaway slave advertisements are on page 3. (see)
Four pages, untrimmed, tiny binding holes along the spine, irregular along the right blank margin of the 2nd leaf (see), generally in very nice condition.
