The front page of this section has a banner headline: "AS BEER FLOWS IN, THE REPEAL FIGHT GROWS" with subhead, related photo and map. (see) This was the Cullen-Harrison Act which allowed for the sale of 3.2% beer throughout the nation on April 7. The full end of Prohibition would come on Dec. 5 with the ratification of the 21st Amendment.
Complete section 8 only with all 12 pages, light toning at the margins, good condition.
