Four pages, irregular at the blank spine, nice condition.

Page 2 has a lengthy report: "On the Probable Success of the French Revolution" which begins: "Aristocracy in France has no where appeared in a worse form than with the clergy, nor has it any where occasioned worse effects..." with much more. Page 3 reports on the beginning of a new session of Congress. Four pages, very nice condition.
